Live Wedding Painting beautifully records your beautiful day while providing great entertainment for guests. Mandy has the ability to work fast and is comfortable performing and engaging with her live audience.
Mandy uses high-quality canvas, acrylic paint, and varnish to ensure your investment is beautifully protected. Mandy’s goal at your wedding is to complete as much of your painting as possible, however some of Mandy’s work can take a wee bit longer and she is happy to take the painting back to her studio to complete. In this time back in studio, you will have the opportunity to make adjustments. Mandy’s goal is for you to love your painting and she enjoys working with couples to get their vision just right! Mandy then carefully packages your investment and posts it to you once it is complete.
Mandy works with you to ensure that your investment is just how you want it through a phone call consultation before your special day. During this consultation, you are able to express your painting visions and Mandy can answer any questions you may have.
Some things you will discuss include:
– Where at your venue you would like Mandy to set up
– What times you would like the live painting to be performed
– You will be able to decide on the perfect moment you would like captured in paint, whether it be your first kiss, the walk back down the aisle, or your first dance.
– Any additions you would like added such as loved ones who couldn’t make it, or pets.
– The size of your investment, you may require a size other than the options listed in the packages, Mandy can accommodate this and discuss your needs.
– Any other questions you may have

– Travel costs for locations outside of Wellington will be charged.
– Travel costs will be the deposit to confirm a booking. Weddings within Wellington will require a 25% deposit.
– Full payment will be required two weeks before the wedding.
– Paintings will usually have around a 2-4 week turnaround once back in the studio for adding finishing touches – timing does depend on the artists schedule however the artist will keep you informed if it is going to take longer than this.
– All paintings will be on quality canvas, with quality primer, paint and varnish.
– The artist has the right to post images and videos of the painting on social media and website gallery pages.
– Photos and videos of the painting may be used by the artist for marketing purposes.
– The artist takes no liability for any artwork that is lost, stolen or damaged in transit
